Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Participate in rotational assignments across departments such as Marketing, Operations, Production, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance & Accounts, Banking, Commercial, HR, and more.
∎ Gain exposure to the company’s business operations and processes to understand the broader organizational strategy.
∎ Work on real-time projects under the guidance of senior leaders.
∎ Analyze business challenges, suggest improvements, and contribute to key decision-making processes.
∎ Collaborate with team members to meet project goals and KPIs.
∎ Develop problem-solving and decision-making skills through continuous feedback and performance evaluation.
∎ Prepare reports, presentations, and insights based on the assigned projects or departmental rotations.
∎ Assist in identifying growth opportunities and implementing solutions for business challenges.
∎ Actively participate in leadership development programs and workshops.
∎ Exhibit proactive involvement in learning sessions and team-building activities to prepare for future managerial roles.
∎ Any other assignments assigned by the company management.
