We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales to lead and scale the sales function for Gustav, our hospitality software solution. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with strong SaaS/B2B experience who thrives in driving revenue, building partnerships, and leading high-performing teams in the hospitality-tech space.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Revenue Leadership
Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and hotel acquisition targets
Own the end-to-end sales cycle across assigned territories
Drive pipeline planning, forecasting, and performance tracking through CRM
Go-To-Market & Market Intelligence
Design and execute GTM strategies for Gustav solutions
Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to validate product–market fit
Business Development & Client Management
Build and manage relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and senior decision-makers
Lead high-value partnerships, pilot programs, and customer onboarding
Identify expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Management teams
Provide structured client and market feedback to shape product roadmap
Act as a senior consultant to ensure optimal software adoption
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline reports, client visit summaries, and revenue tracking
Recommend strategic improvements based on performance insights
