Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales to lead and scale the sales function for Gustav, our hospitality software solution. This role is ideal for a strategic sales leader with strong SaaS/B2B experience who thrives in driving revenue, building partnerships, and leading high-performing teams in the hospitality-tech space.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sales & Revenue Leadership

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and hotel acquisition targets

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle across assigned territories

  • Drive pipeline planning, forecasting, and performance tracking through CRM

Go-To-Market & Market Intelligence

  • Design and execute GTM strategies for Gustav solutions

  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to validate product–market fit

Business Development & Client Management

  • Build and manage relationships with hotel owners, GMs, and senior decision-makers

  • Lead high-value partnerships, pilot programs, and customer onboarding

  • Identify expansion, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, and Management teams

  • Provide structured client and market feedback to shape product roadmap

  • Act as a senior consultant to ensure optimal software adoption

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Maintain accurate CRM data, pipeline reports, client visit summaries, and revenue tracking

  • Recommend strategic improvements based on performance insights
