∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Beverage, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Insurance, LPG Gas/Cylinder Gas, Madrasa, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Micro-Credit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support to increase Sales and Marketing of assigned products.
∎ Plan and achieve the primary & secondary sales target through distribution, Productivity, coverage, visibility and merchandising.
∎ Continuous and relevant field visit for customer sourcing, attending sales call and promotional activities.
∎ Provide necessary coaching for sales team.
∎ Effectively control on distributor's performance.
∎ Ensure optimum level of stocks at all times.
∎ Set performance norms for the SR and monitor their performance.
∎ Help to prepare SR itinerary for effective coverage at optimum frequencies.
∎ Report to higher management the day-to-day operation on regular intervals.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
