∎ We are Looking for FMCG sales professional with vast experience in Sales and marketing, to drive business opportunities as well as to contribute to accomplishing overall company goals.
∎ SAVAR, MYMENSINGH, TANGAIL, DHAKA, NARAYANGANJ, CHITTAGONG, COMILLA, FENI, SYLHET, NARSINGDHI, KHULNA, BARISAL, KUSHTIA, BOGRA, RAJSHAHI, RANGPUR

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach revenue targets.
∎ • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior.
∎ • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
∎ • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor sales teams to achieve their goals.
∎ • Coaching and Training: Provide ongoing coaching and training to improve the performance of the sales team.
∎ • Effective Communication: Communicate clearly and persuasively with distributors, customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
∎ • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, deals, and pricing effectively.
∎ • Technology: Be proficient in using MS Office Package
∎ • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze sales data and market insights to make informed decisions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
∎ • Forecasting: Use data to predict sales trends and plan inventory accordingly.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to effectively lead a sales team.
∎ Understand the FMCG (Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care) market, analyze data, and adapt to change management.
∎ Success in achieving and exceeding sales targets in this career will be an added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
