Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Territory Sales Officer (General Trade) who can drive sales growth, manage distribution channels, and work across leading FMCG product categories, including Beverages, Deodorants & Fragrances, Fabric Cleaning, Fabric Enhancers, Hair Care, Oral Care, Skin Care, Skin Cleansing & Home & Hygiene.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key customers
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer preferences
- Lead, guide, and motivate the field sales team to boost performance
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and on-the-job training to sales officers
- Ensure proper distribution, merchandising, and visibility of all product categories
- Prepare sales reports, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions
- Ensure excellent communication with internal teams, distributors, and stakeholders
- Use MS Office (especially Excel) for reporting and analysis
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, discipline, and market ethics
