Supervise a sizeable team to achieve the sales target of the assigned sales area.
Maintain & increase the sales volume of the products.
The Applicants should have experience in the following business area, especially in Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care.
Should have very good analytical & problem-solving skills along with excellent reporting skills
Provides target VS sales results by preparing & following sales tracking reports.
Provides timely & structured feedback from Trade, Customers & Competitors.
Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reporting of business activities.
Gather & Update Market information to the Head of Department.
Ability to work under pressure & to deadlines.
