To continue the business growth and sustainability, we are looking for suitable job incumbent who will be responsible for achieving the sales target in the particular territory/ area/ region and implement marketing objectives in line with the business strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Territory Management
Judiciously design and fix the territory for marketing officers.
Rational allocation of monthly target/ budget to assigned territory.
Sales & Credit related Activity
To ensure the monthly sales target and objectives of particular area as per budget.
To visit the markets (especially good no. of stockiest, retailers & agriculture related people) to assess the performance of ACI vis-à-vis the competitors and there after formulate & amend the strategy according to the prevailing situation.
To monitor that total credit outstanding is within approved limit & period and ensure that credit policy of the company is implemented properly.
To develop personal contract with the important opinion leaders in agriculture/ livestock department, NGOs, trade and other important people of the society who may directly influence the business as well as good liaison with local administrative authorities.
Promotional Program related Activity
To prepare promotional plans, supervise the implementation process of promotional activities by the territory officers.
To allocate and distribute the promotional materials of each quarter to the assigned marketing officers.
Reporting related Activity
To prepare and inform market related information to superior as daily and monthly basis.
To prepare sales, credit and promotional program related reports monthly/ yearly basis & suitably submit it.
People Development Activity & Others
To continuously develop team members in terms of knowledge, skills and attitude so that they can go up the career ladder.
To coach marketing officers so that they can understand their jobs properly and perform well to get effective result.
To give on the job training to territory officers in order to get the job done properly.
To perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
