Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare territory-wise sales plans and target in alignment with business objectives.
∎ Achieve sales target and objective of the territory as per budget.
∎ Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
∎ Identify potential customers and build strong relationship with existing customers.
∎ Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
∎ Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
∎ Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management.
∎ Organize dealers briefing sessions, road shows and other promotional events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 34 years
∎ Minimum 02 years experienced candidates from agricultural machinery/fertilizer/seed/crop care will get preference.
∎ Extra- curricular activities i.e. involvement in any organization/club.
∎ Flexibility of traveling & Motorcycle driving ability.
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a frontline sales people.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Adaptability and flexibility.
∎ Mindset to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Interested to pursue a career in Sales outside Dhaka.
