Having Valid Motorbike Driving License
Good at MS-Office and Report writing.
Identify and develop sales opportunities within the assigned territory while fostering long-term customer relationships.
Monitor SKU-wise primary and secondary sales activities to ensure business growth.
Supervise the sales team, providing necessary training and guidance to achieve targets in areas such as outlet coverage, cold chain management, merchandising, and stock rotation.
Maintain updated records of distributors/outlets and submit reports to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM).
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving complaints promptly.
Guide distributors on company policies and operational procedures to enhance business effectiveness.
Maximize the utilization of company assets to ensure efficiency.
Ensure product availability, delivery, and visibility across all designated outlets.
Evaluate and verify damage claims from customers and distributors.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
