  • Capable of working both independently and within a team.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Having Valid Motorbike Driving License

  • Good at MS-Office and Report writing.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities within the assigned territory while fostering long-term customer relationships.

  • Monitor SKU-wise primary and secondary sales activities to ensure business growth.

  • Supervise the sales team, providing necessary training and guidance to achieve targets in areas such as outlet coverage, cold chain management, merchandising, and stock rotation.

  • Maintain updated records of distributors/outlets and submit reports to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) / Area Sales Manager (ASM).

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and resolving complaints promptly.

  • Guide distributors on company policies and operational procedures to enhance business effectiveness.

  • Maximize the utilization of company assets to ensure efficiency.

  • Ensure product availability, delivery, and visibility across all designated outlets.

  • Evaluate and verify damage claims from customers and distributors.

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
