Having Valid Motorbike Driving License
Good at MS-Office and Report writing.
Establish sales targets for the designated areas and ensure their achievement in line with company objectives and market potential.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the sales force to drive consistent business growth.
Ensure team presence and monitor market visits of all team members through continuous follow-up and supervision.
Provide necessary job training to newly appointed and underperforming Sales Officers (SO) to help them achieve their targets effectively.
Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their goals and perform at their best in line with organizational expectations.
Identify potential dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to enhance product availability and market penetration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.
Maintain and develop trade relationships by ensuring regular visits to every outlet within the assigned territory.
Monitor sales performance closely, analyze sales data, and generate comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for management review.
Ensure smooth cash flow, proper product lifting, and adequate stock availability at all distribution points according to company policies.
Plan and execute effective promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Continuously strive for process improvements, innovation, and operational excellence in all aspects of sales management.
Any other task assigned by the Management.
