  • Must be able to work under pressure.

  • Capable of working both independently and within a team.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.

  • Having Valid Motorbike Driving License

  • Good at MS-Office and Report writing.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Establish sales targets for the designated areas and ensure their achievement in line with company objectives and market potential.

  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the sales force to drive consistent business growth.

  • Ensure team presence and monitor market visits of all team members through continuous follow-up and supervision.

  • Provide necessary job training to newly appointed and underperforming Sales Officers (SO) to help them achieve their targets effectively.

  • Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve their goals and perform at their best in line with organizational expectations.

  • Identify potential dealers, distributors, and retail outlets to enhance product availability and market penetration.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including distributors, retailers, and wholesalers.

  • Maintain and develop trade relationships by ensuring regular visits to every outlet within the assigned territory.

  • Monitor sales performance closely, analyze sales data, and generate comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for management review.

  • Ensure smooth cash flow, proper product lifting, and adequate stock availability at all distribution points according to company policies.

  • Plan and execute effective promotional activities, advertising campaigns, and marketing initiatives to improve brand awareness and drive sales growth.

  • Continuously strive for process improvements, innovation, and operational excellence in all aspects of sales management.

  • Any other task assigned by the Management.
