Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales over the phone, managing clients and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote products and services.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and email campaigns and convert the call for the office visit.
- Identify and understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and client loyalty.
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies.
- Achieve daily call targets and meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Manage client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including call logs, sales summaries, and feedback on market conditions.
