∎ We are looking for achievers, experienced, skilled, smart and presentable Telemarketing Executive with a potential to takeover head of Telemarketing Team.
∎ It’s a challenging job.
∎ Sales target will be given.
∎ Should call customers daily over phone.
∎ ob Location: Niketan, Gulshan- 1, Dhaka – 1212.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact customers to generate sales leads / RFQs.
∎ Communicate with Corporate Offices
∎ Achieve company's sales target.
∎ Prepare sales analysis and statements weekly.
∎ Execute the sales and marketing strategy of the company.
∎ Engage dealers as specified by the company.
∎ Innovate and research sales tools.
∎ Prepare presentation for events and corporate clients
∎ Collect and analyze customer information.
∎ Collect and analyze data for preparing sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Use available technologies to automate process and avail results.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 Years on telemarketing. Will be relaxed in case of highly potential candidate.
∎ Required skills:
∎ Excellent communication and public speaking skills, analytical ability, and multitasking capacity
∎ Outgoing personality, strong interpersonal skills, with a high level of ability to communicate clearly and concisely, especially with key customers
∎ Must have leadership and excellent facilitation skills
∎ Strong understanding of market dynamics
∎ Excellent Bengali & English communication, presentation skills both verbally and written
∎ Proven track records of achieving results and targets
∎ Develop a prospective customer base with regular sales leads
∎ Experience in developing innovative marketing strategies
∎ High motivation, honesty, flexibility, carefulness and reliability.
∎ Well organized, keeps deadlines.
∎ Strong presentation skills, good communicator and motivator.
∎ Flexible, independent working style
∎ Friendly, positive & open minded behavior, loyal and honest attitude
