∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Civil engineer will be the technical lead for the project and supervise all the schemes under the project. He/ She will be responsible for the entire technical documentation and implementation methodology. Key deliverable
∎ Design, Drawings of the projects.
∎ BOQ/ Cost Estimation, Cost Analysis
∎ Details Schedule
∎ Weekly Progress Report
∎ Construction Method of Statement (for critical/special project)
Additional Requirements:
∎ BSc in Civil Engineering, educational qualification may be relaxed in case of highly capable and experienced diploma engineers
∎ Should have at least total 5 years of relevant experience of which at least 4 years' experience in project management, coordination on design & drawings, contract management, quality control, monitoring, reporting & top supervision of large area development for light industrial purpose.
∎ Should have good knowledge of various engineering codes and ability to lead team involving engineering, procurement and construction.
∎ Compensation will not be a constraint for dynamic and matured person.
∎ Bangladeshi nationals who have extensive international experience will be considered.
∎ Knowledge of architecture and interior design
∎ EPC Contract management
∎ Smart City, vertical landscape, urban growing Infrastructure
∎ Design & Drawing
∎ Quality control
