∎ Internship period 3-6 months
∎ After a successful internship, Prospective candidates will be in a permanent position
∎ For the Tele Sales Associate position, the probation period is 3 months. After a successful probation period, Prospective candidates will be in a permanent position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product or service
∎ Give proper training on our product to the customer
∎ Answer questions about products or the company
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the sale
∎ Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
∎ Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be self-motivated and dynamic
∎ Excellent communication skills and possess a decent personality
∎ Have a good attitude and mentality
∎ Punctuality is a must
Salary: Tk. 8000 - 12000 (Monthly)
