• HSC

• High school Diploma or equivalent; associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous at least 6 months experience in credit and collections, accounts receivable, or a related field is desirable.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and handle challenging situations diplomatically.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.

• The capacity to excel in a fast-paced and ever-evolving work environment.

Position: Part Time Credit Collection Representative

Our team is on the hunt for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Credit Collection Representative, someone who is excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of credit and collections processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person visits to customers` businesses to collect overdue payments and resolve outstanding debts.

• Establish rapport with customers to facilitate open communication and negotiation of payment arrangements.

• Explain payment options and terms to customers and assist them in selecting the most suitable repayment plan based on their financial circumstances.

• Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, finance, and customer service, to address customer concerns and resolve payment issues effectively.

• Meet collection targets and performance goals established by management.

• Continuously seek opportunities to improve collection processes and enhance the overall customer experience.

Working time: 6 pm to 12 pm
