Responsibilities of Business Development Manager

Strategic :

1. Facilitate the development of regional sales strategy in collaboration with Regional Director, Sales by providing a thorough analysis on the opportunities, market characteristics and potential of the operating zone.

Operational:

1. Implement the annual operating plan for the sales of the specific zone.

2. Understand the regional characteristics & trends in the Healthcare and formulate strategies to effectively approach and achieve the referrals from OBG specialists

3. Approach the targeted number of OB-GYN specialists and directly meet important OBG specialists to establish the initial rapport.

4. Follow-up with the newly generated leads/ newly approached OB-GYN specialists and persuade them for a tie-up with NOVA in referring the patients to NOVA

5. Drive the engagement of referral OBG specialists/ Doctors in the zone, address their grievances and ensure referral bonus is paid in-time by coordinating with Finance team

6. Maintain center level sales statistics and regularly updating the same.

7. Assist Regional Marketing Director as well as Center Heads in rolling out the center level marketing initiatives
