Our team is on the hunt for a dynamic Manager to lead our Credit Collections Team, someone who is adept in navigating the complexities of microfinance and supply chain finance.

Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant experience in credit collection, specifically in microfinance and supply chain finance. (Note: This position is not open to fresh graduates.)
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement effective debt collection strategies that are specific to the nuances of the microfinance and supply chain finance sectors.
Develop and enforce robust credit management policies to minimize credit risk and ensure efficient debt recovery.
Institute stringent credit control measures, including setting credit limits and terms of service.
Conduct regular reviews of outstanding debts, pinpoint overdue accounts, and take decisive action to recover debts.
Negotiate workable repayment schemes with clients in arrears, considering their financial situations.
Ensure strict adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines regarding debt collection.
Cultivate and sustain professional relationships with clients, offering clear and consistent communication about debt obligations and payment solutions.
Perform detailed credit evaluations to assess the creditworthiness and financial health of clients.
Monitor receivables keenly, identify accounts in arrears early, and initiate recovery processes promptly.
Collaborate with teams across the organization, such as sales, finance, and legal, to settle disputes and solve payment issues.
Lead, mentor, and develop team members, imparting knowledge on best practices in credit management and collection techniques.
