Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Bachelor/Honors

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Communication, Development Studies or related field from a recognized university.

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a training and communication specialist, including at least 4 years in the WASH sector.

• Proven experience in development and contextualization of IEC and BCC materials for infrastructure-linked or service delivery projects.

• Strong knowledge of behaviour change communication approaches and community mobilization methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience facilitating training/workshops at grassroots and national levels.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.

• Experience developing gender- and age-sensitive communication materials.

• Ability to coordinate communication processes across multi-stakeholder environments.

Reporting to: Team Leader

Job Nature: Contractual/ Temporary

Job Duration: From March 2026 to April 2027

Working with: DPHE (Central, District & Upazila levels), LGIs, PMU/HELP, Caritas, Mukti, Community Structures, Coordinator, Social and Gender Consultant

Travel Required: 70%
