Responsibilities & Context:
Generate and follow up on leads (digital, referral, walk-in)
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and legal documents
Maintain client relationships and follow up until deal closure
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing and documentation teams
Maintain sales reports and CRM updates
