Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in promoting and selling residential and commercial real estate projects.
Identify potential clients through lead generation activities including online platforms, referrals, and field visits.
Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain regular communication to convert leads into sales.
Support senior sales staff in client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Provide accurate information regarding property details, pricing, and project updates to clients.
Maintain and regularly update the client database, inquiries, and sales pipeline.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity and progress reports.
Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional campaigns and events.
Achieve assigned individual sales targets within deadlines.
Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
