Experience:

• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
• Master of Architecture (M.Arch) in Architecture

• 6 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate, Resort, Developer

• Age 30 to 50 years

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture / Interior Design (B.Arch preferred)

• Minimum *6–10 years* of relevant experience in real estate, architecture, or interior firms

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office

• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong understanding of construction, interior execution, and detailing

• Knowledge of RAJUK and BNBC regulations

• RAJUK Enlistment will be an added advantage

• Experience in high-rise residential/commercial projects

• Strong vendor and client management experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of architecture and interior design projects

• Manage design development, execution, and project coordination

• Supervise architects, interior designers, and site teams

• Ensure project delivery within timeline, budget, and quality standards

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors

• Ensure compliance with RAJUK, BNBC, and other regulatory requirements

• Review drawings, BOQs, and material specifications

• Monitor site progress and resolve operational challenges

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for design and execution
