Responsibilities & Context:
Cambry (Student Consultancy and International Admission Center)
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our services
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
Use scripts to provide information about service features, prices etc. and present their benefits
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how our services meet their needs
Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and active listening
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas
Takes detailed call notes and records any feedback
Provide department support in a friendly, efficient and organized manner
Hands-on PC skills
