Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced Technician with strong expertise in padded / non-padded jacket production and in-depth knowledge of modern garment manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to ensure man and machines ratio efficiently, ensure production quality, and ensure smooth technical support for efficient production.
Execute and ensure smooth technical operations of jacket production on assigned sewing lines from sample to bulk.
Follow 3P (Pre-Production Process) standards, participate in risk analysis, and ensure preventive measures are in place.
Allocate and guide man and machine ratio in the assigned lines for maximum productivity.
Monitor DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) for assigned lines and take immediate corrective actions to maintain target quality levels.
Set up and adjust line layouts quickly and effectively based on style requirements and production targets.
Provide on-the-spot technical solutions for sewing and process-related issues.
Work in close coordination with the Production, Maintenance, Quality, Merchandising, Planning, and Sample Development teams to resolve technical challenges.
For critical sewing processes, train and guide operators to build their skills and ensure smooth production flow.
Report daily progress, issues, and improvements to the DGM Technical.
