Strategic Leadership on Quality Engineering :

>The Factory produces all kinds of padded jackets, Quilting JKT, Seam-sealing JKT, and real down JKT, So, the candidate must have real experience to deal with this production and technical Know-How.

>Develop and implement the overall quality strategy and vision for the organization.

>Set quality goals and objectives aligned with the company`s business strategy.

>Establish a strong quality culture and promote a continuous improvement mindset.

Quality Assurance:

>Oversee the development and implementation of quality management systems (QMS) that meet industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

>Ensure Product safety compliance with relevant regulatory requirements industry standards and customer requirements.

>Conduct regular floor visits and inspections to identify potential quality issues and risks to control DHU % below 5%.

>Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality problems, Daily alteration and rejection should be daily action to avoid quality hassle during final inspection and shipment.

Quality Control:

>Monitor and control product quality throughout the entire manufacturing process.

>Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards.

>Analyze quality data to identify trends and root causes of defects.

>Implement statistical process control (SPC) techniques to monitor and improve process performance.

Customer Satisfaction:

>Build strong relationships with customers and understand their quality expectations.

>Implement customer feedback mechanisms to gather insights and improve product quality.

>Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

Team Management of Quality :

>Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, technicians, and inspectors.

>Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to team members.

>Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.

>Maintain the supper link with all departments to ensure the best quality and arrange periodic meetings/training to update them on the QUALITY current status for further improvement.

Continuous Improvement:

>Identify opportunities for improvement in products, processes, and systems.

>Implement lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to drive efficiency and reduce waste.

>Encourage innovation and creativity to develop new quality initiatives

Budget and Resource Management of Quality Organogram:

>Develop and manage the quality department`s budget as per the approved organogram of QED.

>Allocate resources effectively to support quality initiatives.

Risk Management:

>Identify and assess potential quality risks at product and process and take initiative to resolve them.

>Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and align the team accordingly.

>Risk assessment for NON-SEWING area (b4 starts sewing) and strong follow-up on it.

Technical Audit/QMS audit Preparation:

>The Candidate must have sufficient knowledge to organize all kinds of quality relevant audits and maintain the proper documents to meet the requirements.
