• Able to Maintain import cost calculation and duty structure knowledge (HS Code, VAT, CD, AIT, etc.).
• Have proper knowledge about maintain documents.
• Have working experience in EPZ is plus.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers, banks, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and C&F agents for smooth clearance.

• Familiar with export documentation (EXP, Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, GSP, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
• Have knowledge about Process export L/C, amendments, negotiation, and submission of documents to bank within deadline.
• Coordinate with buyers regarding shipment schedule and documentation requirements.
• Follow up on export proceeds realization and banking formalities.
• Maintain compliance with Bangladesh Bank, Customs, and EPB regulations.
• Process and monitor import L/C (BTB L/C, UPAS, TT, etc.) for fabrics, trims, accessories, machinery, and spare parts.
• Prepare and verify import documents (PI, LCA, Insurance Cover Note, Bill of Entry, etc.).
• Ensure timely customs clearance of imported goods to avoid demurrage or port charges.
