Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced DGM Technical For Woven Outerwear (60 Lines factory) with strong expertise in padded / non-padded jacket production and in-depth knowledge of modern garment manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to ensure man and machines work efficiently, ensure production quality, and ensure smooth technical support for efficient production.
Ensure smooth technical execution of padded jacket production from sample to bulk.
Implement and monitor 3P (Pre-Production Process) standards and perform risk analysis for maximum efficiency.
Ensure man and machine allocation for optimized productivity.
Maintain DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) at targeted levels through effective quality control measures.
Develop quick and effective line layouts to meet production targets.
Provide technical solutions to production challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Work closely with production team, Maintenance team, Quality Team, merchandising Team and Planning & sample development team for all sort of technical solution.
For critical processes in any style, must provide necessary skill development initiative to ensure smooth production and maximum efficiency.
