• Age 30 to 45 years

• Candidate should have experience in sourcing materials for ladies bag items, luggage and similar products ability from China.
• Pro-active and quick communication ability with BD Marchant and China office team to ensure quick sourcing and necessary support.
• Candidates must have Chinese reading, writing and speaking ability and if staying at China location is preferable. Analysis and analytical ability to source any relevant merchandise for quick order support.
• Candidate Must have vast technical knowledge of Bags and Luggage manufacturing related materials and sourcing connectivity for quick support to the factory merchandising team.
• Must follow TNA for all materials and make sure all are in-house from China to Bangladesh factory on time.
• Candidate is required to periodic visit at factory location at Valuka, Mymenshing, Bangladesh. Also visit/stay China country @ company arrangement.
• Maintain strict quality standards and ensure safety regulations for all sources materials of product.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize our supply chain efficiency and reliability.
• Manage and develop the procurement and purchasing function for the company with the Bangladesh Local and China Teams.
• Liaise and negotiate with local and international suppliers; prepare price comparisons, cost-saving budgets, and targets.
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle from forecasting to delivery.
• Effective and proactive liaison with Merchandising and other departments as necessary to forecast and plan to meet purchase deadlines and demands.
• Ensure timely delivery of raw materials, inventory control (minimum levels and average use), and update systems or stakeholders.
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
• Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to supply chain processes.
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.·        
• Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.
• Maintain and motivate team members to achieve better performance.
