কাঠ, প্লাইউড, হার্ডওয়্যার, বার্নিশ ও অন্যান্য কাঁচামাল ক্রয় পরিকল্পনা ও সংগ্রহ করা।
বাজারদর যাচাই ও তুলনামূলক কোটেশন বিশ্লেষণ করা।
নির্ভরযোগ্য সাপ্লায়ার নির্বাচন ও দরকষাকষি করা।
Purchase Order (PO) প্রস্তুত ও সময়মতো ডেলিভারি নিশ্চিত করা।
কাঁচামালের গুণগত মান যাচাই ও স্টক মনিটরিং করা।
বিল-ভাউচার যাচাই ও হিসাব বিভাগের সাথে সমন্বয় করা।
মাসিক ক্রয় রিপোর্ট প্রস্তুত করা।
