MBM Group is looking for a competent and process-driven professional to strengthen and oversee the implementation of Quality Management Systems across its apparel manufacturing units. This role will play a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, compliance with international standards, and continuous improvement of business processes in alignment with organizational goals and buyer expectations.
The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams including Production, Compliance, Technical, HR, and ESG to ensure quality-driven culture, audit readiness, and documentation integrity.
Ensure effective implementation and maintenance of ISO-based Quality Management Systems across operations
Monitor compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality frameworks
Maintain and update QMS manuals, policies, SOPs, and process flow documentation
Standardize processes across departments for operational consistency
Plan and conduct internal audits as per annual audit schedule
Coordinate and support external certification audits
Lead preparation for buyer and regulatory audits
Identify non-conformities and ensure timely CAPA implementation
Analyze operational gaps and recommend improvement initiatives
Facilitate root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues
Monitor process KPIs and quality performance indicators
Support Lean, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain document control systems and ensure version integrity
Prepare audit reports and management review documentation
Ensure records retention in line with compliance requirements
Conduct QMS awareness and documentation training for employees
Promote quality mindset across departments
Support change management initiatives
Collaborate with ESG, Compliance, and Sustainability teams
Assist in risk assessments and mitigation planning
Support process alignment for certifications and governance frameworks
