Bachelor degree in any discipline

Preferred to have a Footwear industry educational background.
5 years of experience in footwear industry, with expertise and technical knowledge in the field, in Pattern, Last, tooling building & Footwear Engineering.
Proficient in both digital and hand sketching techniques.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Photoshop and Illustrator)
Excellent taste level and brand awareness
Strong sense of color, product, and trend knowledge

Job Location : Factory: Jihan Nagar, Rampur, Burichong, Cumilla.
Responsibilities
Develop G Apply Technical G Quality control policy.
Ensure quality evaluation and reporting on vendor quality systems.
Has to ensure quality of incoming materials expected requirements.
Must be experienced in AQL inspection system and able to manage Technical team.
Has to deal with all quality issues in production as well as buyers` COC.
Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and make corrective action plans for permanent solution.
Has to monitor and maintain Production Quality findings analysis, stitching, and reworks, in a statistical interpretation, inform and guide relevant section heads. Provide support to minimize reworks and reduce defects percentage. Control to avoid interdepartmental rework.
Has to provide technical support to production team when required, to ensure quality standard.
Must have experience and skills to manage buyers independently in terms of quality assurance.
Must have experience dealing with maintenance inspections.
Must have experience dealing with Stitching technical audits.
Has to have manner to train unskilled workers.
Has o perform any other task as assigned by the management.
Collaborated with design and development teams to create footwear prototypes and production-ready patterns, incorporating design specifications and technical requirements.
Conducted full-size grading of patterns to accommodate various foot sizes and ensure consistency in fit across product lines.
Assisted in the development and modification of lasts, considering factors such as comfort, performance, and aesthetic appeal.
Managed the organization and maintenance of pattern archives and technical documentation, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of design files and records.
Maintain a good record documentation of last measurements / patterns / tooling / SOPs.
Review SOPs with factories to ensure they meet our required standard.
Assisted in development & grading of footwear outsole/midsole and upper molds.
Ensure factory machinery is meeting required standards during T2-T4 processes to be ready before production.
Provide a clear handover to the production team during T4 and Pre-production trail.
Maintained awareness of industry trends, materials, and technologies to inform design and development decisions and drive innovation.
