Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the development team from teck pack receiving to till delivery as per Blue Planet Style Ltd. TNA in coordination with the factory team to ensure on time samples delivery.
∎ Build and maintain a strong relationship with the designer and counter part (BPG Factories) to ensure on time samples submission.
∎ To support designer with trend research and mood board analysis.
∎ Train, lead and coordinate the development team in such a way that induces maximum HR optimization and reflects succession planning.
∎ Execute the operation as per SOP and using the ERP & Google tools.
