Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide generator services as per requirements.
∎ Look after the overall maintenance of the generators and air conditioners.
∎ Check electrical connections regularly and take corrective actions where necessary.
∎ Work with procurement and Officer-Admin in procuring quality electrical products.
∎ Visit offices and check electrical connections daily.
∎ Maintain cleanliness in the surrounding area of the generators.
∎ Ensure effective and efficient consumption of fuel and oil of the generators.
∎ Maintain register of stock of fuel, oil, electrical items and materials regularly and update the supervisor accordingly.
∎ Responsible for and specializes in electrical connection, installation, alternation, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of main & branch circuits of the interior-exterior electrical system.
∎ Performs planning, commission of new construction, and renovations of electrical systems and equipment which requires being directly involved in calculating and balancing three-phase panel loads.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Ensure maintenance of electrical connections. Repair of office electrical equipment, repair of AC, and daily maintenance including generator maintenance as per requirements of the office under the administrative supervision.
