Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the Software Quality Assurance Team on all documentation such as Test Plan, Test Analysis Documentation, BRS, SRS, ToR, Design use case diagram, User Manual Documentation, etc.
∎ Research, outline, write and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
∎ Independently conduct interviews/strategy sessions with Product Owners, Engineers, Solutions Architects, and others to gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
∎ Work with development and support teams to identify all documentation repositories, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for data compilation and managing documents.
∎ Research, create and maintain information architecture templates that uphold organizational and legal standards.
∎ Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
∎ Creative and analytical writing skills
∎ Strong computer skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
∎ Attention to detail and a drive for quality
∎ Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English.
∎ IELTS is the plus point
