Job Description:

As a Software Development Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to our clients and internal teams. You will create and deliver training programs, workshops, and seminars on various software development topics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development and a passion for teaching and mentoring.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on software development topics, including but not limited to:

• Programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#)

• Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Angular)

• Software engineering principles

• Database management (SQL, NoSQL)

• Version control (Git)

• DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes)

• Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.

• Conduct live training sessions, webinars, and workshops.

• Assess the training needs of clients and internal teams to customize training programs accordingly.

• Provide hands-on support and mentorship to trainees.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development.
