Responsibilities & Context:

SIMEC System Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and technically skilled individual to oversee the development team in Bangladesh and ensure seamless project management and day-to-day coordination with our Japan office. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.  

Project Management:   

  • Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring quality and timely execution.   
  • Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress against deadlines.   
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. 

Team Coordination:   

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team in Bangladesh and stakeholders in Japan.   
  • Conduct daily stand-ups and regular team meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment.   
  • Address any technical or operational challenges faced by the team. 

Technical Oversight:   

  • Provide technical guidance to the development team on software architecture, coding practices, and problem-solving.   
  • Review and ensure the quality of deliverables such as code, designs, and documentation.   
  • Stay updated on the latest technologies and tools to drive innovation within the team. 

Client Communication:   

  • Act as a liaison with Japanese clients to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the team.   
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to clients and the Japan office. 

Process Improvement:   

  • Implement best practices in project management and development workflows.   
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the team's performance and productivity.
