Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s in computer science engineering from any reputed University of Bangladesh.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare documents on Solution Design/ Concept Note for Clients.
∎ Preparing legal agreements such as JV/ MOU/ NDA
∎ Prepare the technical part of RFP/ RFQ/ EOI/ Enlistment. Consult and coordinate with technical team if necessary
∎ Prepare Financial for RFP/ RFQ. Consult with the Accounts team on issues related to VAT/ AIT/ CD and any other taxes as applicable for submission.
∎ Preparing the document edits necessary for resubmission as per the requirements of the client
∎ Digital archiving of various documentations- proposal submitted; updated Legal documents of eGeneration; company Certifications, CVs, Work Orders received; Completion/ Experience Certificates; Contracts and Partner Agreements; NDA .
∎ Maintaining proposal submission online excel sheet & Bid Eligibility Form submitted by KAM
∎ Bid Success: Percentage of Technically qualified proposals by the customer
∎ Ad-hoc work- prepare proposals for other companies; prepare supporting proposals; create material for submission such as work order, certificates, and many others
Additional Requirements:
∎ Healthcare experience will be given preference.
