∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Pro Activeness and Good at problem-solving.
∎ Preparing a plan for IT development being associated with Management people
∎ Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
∎ Attending customer complaints and queries through phone calls, and emails and visiting client premises if required.
∎ Monitoring the network system through network monitoring tools and taking immediate steps in case of any alert or fault.
∎ Performing installations and deployments of various network solutions like router, switch, firewall, radio link, hot spot and other services at the client end.
∎ Perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
∎ Design and implement LAN and WAN solutions for the company network infrastructure as well as for deserving customers in a multi-vendor environment.
∎ Provide professional guidance, and assistance and supervise all kinds of network troubleshooting and customer support activities to the fiber team.
∎ Responsible to implement and maintain system documents and operational procedures.
∎ Other tasks as and when given by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ ISP, software Maintenance and network security, data center management, and so on.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Provident fund, Weekly 2 holidays, Insurance, Gratuity, Over time allowance, Performance bonus
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ As per the company's policy.
