• Candidates having experience in sales/distribution are highly encouraged to apply.

• Monitor directly the progress of the sales target achievement of the area and responsible for sales achievement.

• Distribution of sales target among the TI and SR. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

• Follow up the retail counters every day sales vs. target, floor stock, and sales requisition. Monitor TI and SR attendance and tour plan.

• Focus on advertisements of product to retailers, to regulate schemes & unique sale point of product (if necessary).

• Visiting retail counters to know complaints of consumers & retailers about the product, trying to best in his level to solve it.

• Check, Verify and Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and submit to Concerned.

• Maintain liaison with local ROBI Officials, local law & enforcement authority Govt. and semi-Govt. organization.

• Maintain other interdepartmental coordination works like HR, Compliance & Accounts.

• Properly maintaining company Policy, Management Instruction & SOP.
