Educational Requirements:

∎ BSC in CSE/EEE or in any relevant discipline.
∎ Training/Trade Course: CCNA,linux
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data centre, Experience in working with Virtual Private Server (VPS) and Cloud serv, passive
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for first level of support to the datacenter.
∎ First point of contact for datacenter active & passive component break fixing.
∎ First point of contact for Microsoft & Linux, OS & virtualisation break fixing.
∎ Familiar with Service Ticketing system.
∎ Understand and debug hardware and OS, virtualisation, Microsoft & Linux and database related issues.
∎ Research and identify solutions to software and hardware issues.
∎ Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including router, switch, firewall, server, storage configuration.
∎ Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem.
∎ Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
∎ Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
∎ Must have to be very interactive & very good in communications.
∎ Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
∎ Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions.
∎ Ensure all issues are properly logged.
∎ Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time.
∎ Follow up with clients to ensure their IT systems are fully functional after troubleshooting.
∎ Prepare accurate and timely reports.
∎ Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals.
∎ Maintain jovial relationships with clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Datacenter Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
∎ Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Virtualisation OS environments.
∎ Good understanding on Datacentre passive components such as Rack, PDU, Cooling, Power and other passive equipment.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
∎ Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal.
∎ Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies will get preference
Salary: Negotiable
