Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the day-to-day operations of BRAC health facilities (Primary Health Care Centre - PHC and Health Post).
∎ Ensure the implementation of PHC services in the centers and the medical points.
∎ Supervise and guide camp or field based medical team.
∎ Arrange training, refresher training and meeting as per schedule.
∎ Prepare the regular weekly and monthly work plan, duty and transportation rosters and ensure effective implementation.
∎ Ensure regular medicine and other logistic supply to the health centers and sending regular demands to procure the medicine and supplies.
∎ Coordinate with CiC, UH&FPO, UFPO, Camp Health Focal, Site Management, Others Health Providers and other programmes under HCMP in camp area.
∎ Ensure that quality assurance measures and adequate and appropriate patient feedback mechanisms are in place.
∎ Conducts regular monitoring of the programme and provides report.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

∎ Have excellent knowledge and skill in MS Office applications.
∎ Have self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work.
