∎ Bachelor degree
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Evaluate all types of samples: Development, Proto, Fit, Size set, Jump size set, Seal, Buyer ref, etc. with a feasibility study of product & risk analysis. Timely identifying & resolving mass production impracticalities.
∎ Handle sample inspection and sample approval by reviewing construction, measurements, patterns, workmanship, garments outlook presentation, fitting (dummy/model), on fit sample and size set
∎ Sealing of pre-production sample & handover style file for mass production
∎ Deciding on all technical specifications for the garment including the construction and operation sequence
∎ Analyzing sketches and samples, understanding customer requirements and guiding the team to develop samples accordingly
∎ Assist maker technicians, QA for checking patterns, specifications & construction, and plan on quality according to company standards and requirements
∎ Thorough Knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics quality, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance, etc.
∎ Responsible for all technical issues of garments.

Salary:
∎ BDT 40,000 - BDT 45,000
