Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering / MBA in Textile (preferable)
∎ Master's degree

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should be very good at costing and overall business acumen
∎ Convincing skill to develop a wide network of supplier & vendors
∎ To collect quotation and prepare comparative statements for management decisions
∎ Coordination with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status, and product costing, and to discuss capacity status of the factory and obtain approval from the Country Manager
∎ Involvement in pre-production meeting and ensure that important points are discussed at meeting.
∎ Production monitoring follow up day-to-day production from each line and ensures that production units meet the production target.
∎ Achieve targeted efficiency.
∎ Deciding Leadtime and production planning
∎ Generate daily, weekly and monthly production report.
∎ Work for 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage all task for smooth production, smooth final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Closely monitor sewing and finishing getting the best possible output and giving direction on the floor.
∎ Communicate always with the merchandising team and solve every production-related issues involved merchandising.
∎ Lead all production staff from the front and having good command on them.
∎ To give necessary directives to Production/Sample team to make a sample of a particular buyer in order to get the approval of mass production.
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain an acceptable production limit and to ensure the implementation of the production schedule.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sourcing, cutting, Finishing, Production, Quality control, Sewing in Garment Industry.
∎ Excellent Leadership skill & solid judgment to make right decision
∎ Excellent interpersonal, written & oral communication skill in English / Bangla
∎ Well versed in computer application
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have sound knowledge on all operations including sample, cutting, sewing, finishing etc.
∎ Sourcing, procurement and supply chain Management
