∎ Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Gender Studies, Development Studies or any relevant field from any recognized university (both public & private university) along with a minimum of 05 to 07 years of experience in relevant field in the rural context. However, for extra-ordinary qualified having proven experience and track record, the educational qualification can be flexible.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Age limit: 35 to 45 years (Flexible depending on relevant experience)

∎ Minimum 5 (five) years relevant experience with National and/or International NGO(s).
∎ Experience on report writing both in English and Bengali.
∎ Excellent skills and proven experience of developing youth leadership and implementing various activities (including conducting training) for developing youth’s confidence and leadership.
∎ Proven experience of Planning, coordinating, and conducting activities for program participants based on observed/felt needs of individual children and youth including the family members of sponsored children.
∎ Practical experience on Preparing and implementing program options for children and youth with special requirements.
∎ Ability to guide and instruct the team members in specific tasks and job techniques; makes available written instructions, reference materials, and supplies. Explains program guidance, procedures, policies, and directives to team members.
∎ Ability to use designated evaluation materials to ensure assigned area is in compliance with, donor, RDF local social context.
∎ Ensures quality and standards of activities implementation to ensure optimum level of the desired outcomes.
∎ Conducts training staff members and other stakeholders, i.e. the children and project participants, using approved service materials, SOPs to include designated training modules.
∎ Skills in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to Youth Development are for monitoring progress and making informed decisions.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned by the management.
∎ Desirable Requirements
∎ Strong understanding and adequate experience working directly with children and the youths for their life-skills development.
∎ Supports adequately the other colleagues for Youth Economic Empowerment in rural context.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including government officials, community leaders, and project staff
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
∎ Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
∎ Team player with experience in multi-cultural environments for achievement of org. Additional Requirements.
∎ Strong practical knowledge of “Safeguarding of children and project participants”.
∎ Willing to travel extensively (75% of her/his official time) in the field.
∎ Additional Requirements.
∎ Must have valid driving license and willing to drive motor bike.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with project management tools.
