Experience:

• Master of Social Science (MSS)
• Master of Development Studies (MDS)

• Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, or any relevant field from any recognized university (public or private).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and using various communication tools.
• Must have a valid driving license and be willing to drive a motor bike.
• Age limit: 35 to 45 years (Flexible depending on relevant experience)

Essential Professional Experience

• Minimum 10 (Ten) years of relevant experience working with National and/or International NGO(s).
• Proven experience in managing Child Protection/Safeguarding projects/programs.
• Experience in a Child "Sponsorship Program" will be strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated track record in Program/Project Management, including Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation of integrated child-focused programs.
• Proven experience managing staff across diverse technical fields (Education, SRHR, YEE, C&YL) in coastal/climate change vulnerable areas.
• Strong experience in effective Coordination, Communication, and Collaboration with project participants and diverse stakeholders (including government authorities).
• Proven experience developing and implementing rights-based projects/programs for children, youths, and women.
• Expertise in developing subject-oriented and innovative training modules and delivering training effectively.
• Strong practical knowledge of “Safeguarding of children and project participants” and a commitment to ensuring accountability.
• Ability to represent RDF to all government and non-government stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively (75% of official time) in the field.
• Excellent report writing skills in both English and Bengali.

About the Program: Resource Development Foundation (RDF) started its Sponsorship Funded Program from 1st April 2025 funded by Plan International Bangladesh implemented by Resource Development Foundation (RDF) in Barguna district. Objective of this program is “All sponsored children especially girls & young women will be heard, live without fear of violence and will achieve their rights”. RDF is directly working with about 7,000 Sponsored Children and their families for Inclusive & Quality Education (I&QE), Youth Economic Empowerment (YEE), Sexual and Reproductive Health & Rights (SRHR) an Child and Youth Leadership (C&YL). RDF works through Educational Institutions (SBK, Pre-Primary, Primary and Secondary), other respective government and non-government authorities, local government institutions/CBOs and the community people as whole. • Salary & Benefits: Monthly consolidated Salary ranges from Tk. 65,000-67,000/- (flexible depending on experience and competency)
