Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & monitor all service Centre engineers for their technical issue and technical knowledge buildup.
∎ Technical training arranges for new recruit and existing employees to develop their hands-on and repair skill, tools and equipment using exercise.
∎ Motivate engineers to maintain KPI, time to time sit with engineer to know their problems and solve the issue.
∎ Communication with PIC for all kind of technical problem solve and way-out of any kind of technical problem.
∎ Tools and equipment sourcing.
∎ Analysis & Reporting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
