Job Responsibilities:
∎ Look after overall activities of consumer electronics products service.
∎ Administer a team of technical support supervisor.
∎ Daily, weekly & monthly report to operation Manager.
∎ Provide quality after sales service to ensure smooth and positive technical support to customers.
∎ Analysis & Reporting.
