Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA)
∎ Technical Manager Minimum Education is BA (Hon's) in any Subject
∎ Sr. Technician Minimum Education is HSC / BA (Hon's) in any Subject
∎ Skills Required: PADDING JACKET, Woven Jacket
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
heavy jackets, quilted jackets, Woven down and padded jacket, Woven Jacket
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure perfect layout, conduct risk assessment, layout adjustment, process development, system development etc.
∎ Reduce the DHU and identify root cause of DHU and ensure defects free products
∎ Active involvement in pre-production meeting and ensure that important points are discussed at meeting, take note and maintain accordingly.
∎ Ensure size sets are prepare as per guideline
∎ Make sure the layout is complete as per plan and agreed deadline
∎ Prepare the mock-up for better understanding the processes
∎ Reduce the DHU and identify root cause of DHU and ensure defects free products
∎ Give guideline and instruction to prepare the folders, templates and patterns and Seam sealing, CWS etc.
∎ Work alongside PM to increase the targeted efficiency of individual, lines and floor as well
∎ Manage the production process, ensuring that it is efficient and that the jackets are produced to the required quality standards.
∎ Closely work with QC, GPQ, Quality, Production and HR Team
∎ Generate daily, weekly and monthly technical report
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the apparel industry, including new fabrics, sewing machines, and finishing techniques.
∎ Control costs, ensuring that the materials and labor costs are kept to a minimum.
