Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Tech Lead will be in charge of setting the project’s technical direction and framework of standards and procedures.
∎ Establish project specifications and technical direction
∎ Create a framework of technical standards and procedures.
∎ Oversee software quality and system modifications
∎ Guide team members with troubleshooting technical issues.
∎ Analyze existing operations to identify risks and redundancies
∎ Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop solutions
