Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Livestock, Social Science, Development Studies or any other relevant discipline fromany reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Technical Coordinator GEE will be responsible for coordinating and implementing economic empowerment related activities at the district level. S/he will provide technical support to the Field Facilitators GEE for selecting targeted households and implementing capacity development activities for beneficiaries taking apprenticeship, wage and self-employment pathways. S/he will coordinate with the Upazila Coordinators and the Technical Specialist GEE in Plan's Barisal Divisional Office.
∎ Major Deliverables:
∎ Develop the plan for household selection as per the approved criteria and rolls it out.
∎ Train and directly supervise the Field Facilitators for developing family and business development plans for the beneficiaries.
∎ Lead the market scans in the assigned geographical areas
∎ Ensures asset transfer as per the approved list of beneficiaries
∎ Monitor the growth of the business interventions and wages and self-employment.
∎ Provide periodical report to the supervisors and identifiy and violation or fraudulent activities in the field.
∎ Reports to the project's Team Manager based in Jhalakati

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have valid motor-cycle driving license and Willing to work in the most remote areas.

Salary: Tk. 36923 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 8% early increment, 2 festival bonus (after 1 year completion)
