Education:

Masters / MBA in Human Resource Management or Masters in Public Administration / Management with Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.

  • Age At most 40 years
  • Experience on Recruitment, Staff Orientation, Performance Management, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and Compensation and Benefits.

  • Knowledge and experience in recruitment, staff orientation, HR Documentation, personnel file management, safety & security, Gender and PSEA, grievance handling, employee engagement and development.

  • Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.

  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows.

  • Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

  • Ability and experience to handle grievances and disciplinary issues.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent organizational management and coordination skills.

  • Understanding of Gender and PSEA issues.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Work closely both with Central HR Management Team and Project Teams on HR issues.

  • Ensure proper communication with the Project Team for staff requisition and support Central HR Management in conducting recruitment and selection process.

  • Make sure proper documentation of personnel files as per organizational procedure and compliances.

  • Ensure all new joiners have received detailed detail orientation on staff and employment related policy such as Code of Conduct, HR Policy, Anti-Sexual Harassment Policy, Child Protection Policy, Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Whistleblowing Policy, Grievance and Disciplinary Policy, Anti- Terrorism and Money Laundering Policy etc.

  • Organize and facilitate staff induction on the Performance Management System (PMS) of NGO Forum for Public Health.

  • Maintain employee information on ERP Software.

  • Provide relevant information including joining, separation, attendance, timesheet etc.

  • Prepare periodic reports and share those with the Director – HR & Admin.

  • Maintain and keep update volunteer database regularly.

  • Support Central HR Management Team to finalize the monthly payroll of Cox's Bazar-based staff.
